These terms govern your use of Sponsir ("the extension") and this website, provided by House of Arqam Ventures LLC ("we"). By installing the extension or using this website, including the free Pitch Checker, you agree to them.
The extension offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" tier. We may change, add or remove features, and we may discontinue the extension with reasonable notice to Pro customers.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service enquiries and handles returns and taxes. Prices are shown before tax; applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
If you are not satisfied, email hello@sponsir.app within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal, for a full refund of that payment — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. After a refund the license is revoked and the extension returns to the free tier.
Sponsir's verdicts, warnings and extracted deal terms, in the extension and in the Pitch Checker, are automated opinions based on patterns in the email. They can be wrong: a real brand can be flagged, and a scam can look clean. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions about any email, file, link, payment or contract. When a deal matters, confirm it with the brand through its official website, and get professional advice before signing anything important.
Do not share, resell, or attempt to circumvent license keys, and do not use the extension to violate any website's terms or any law.
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the extension is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
